AEYES' INSTALL POST
The installation instructions pages for the cockpits have been updated on the cockpits.nl website with specific instructions for each cockpit, and here is the whole list for installing the pits on Red Viper. It will be updated when applicable.
Note that RV has internal lighting in the cockpit as floodlight, so it is not necessary to install a 'nightpit'.
F-16 CJ (blk50/52) Superpit v1.7e in Falcon 4.0 with Red Viper:
Step 1: Run the F16_Superpit_v1.7.exe
Step 2: Point it to your Microprose/Falcon4/art/ckptart/F-16CJ dir and click "install'
Step 3: Launch your Falcon 4.0 simulator and fly a F-16CJ
EF-2000 Eurofighter Superpit v2.0 in Falcon 4.0 with Red Viper:
Step 1 : Run the EF2000_installer, and point F4patch to the RedViper.exe
Step 2 : Select FF3 and apply
Step 3 : See if you have a dir called EF or 1495 or 2261 in Falcon4/art/ckptart
Step 4 : Copy the content of one of these dirs, except for the 3dckpit.dat to Falcon4/art/ckptart/Eurofighter
Step 5: Rightclick the 16_ckpit.datfile and change to these numbers at the 'manager' area: cockpit2d 2312 2312;
Run Falcon and select a EF-2000 to fly
F-15E Strike Eagle Superpit v2.4 in Falcon 4.0 with Red Viper:
Step 1: Run the F15E_installer, and point F4patch to the RedViper.exe
Step 2: Select FF3 and apply.
Step 3: Copy the content of Falcon4/art/ckptart/864 to Falcon4/art/ckptart/F-15E
Step 4: Download the update to v2.4 here:

Step 5: Unzip the update into Falcon4/art/ckptart/F-15E
Run Falcon and select a F-15E to fly
F-15C Eagle Superpit v.3.0 in Falcon 4.0 with Red Viper:
Step1: Run the F15C_installerv3.0_RV
Step2: Run Falcon and select a F-15C to fly
Note that if you have an older version contact Aeyes via cockpits.nl for receiving an update. Send in your transaction ID and used emailaddress and you will receive the version 3.0 RV installer.
F-16AM (MLU) Viper Superpit v3.0 in Falcon 4.0 with Red Viper:
Step 1: Run the F16AM_installer, and point F4patch to the RedViper.exe
Step 2: Select FF3 and apply.
Step 3: Go to Falcon4/art/ckptart/1762, copy the content except 3dckpit.dat and paste it into Falcon4/art/ckptart/F-16AM-D
Step 4: Open art/ckptart/F-16AM-D16_ckpit.dat (rightclick and open with Wordpad)
Step 5: Change the line in the 'manager' area to: cockpit2d 2353 2353;
Step 6: Save the datfile and go to Falcon4/art/ckptart and copy 3dckpit.dat and 3Dbuttons.dat and paste these into Falcon4/art/ckptart/F-16AM-D
Step 7: Select a F-16AM of the RNLAF to fly.
Same method goes for the Belgian F-16AM (F-16AM-B) but with cockpit2d 2352 2352;
A-10A Warthog Superpit v2.1 in Falcon 4.0 with Red Viper:
Step 1 Run the A10A_installer, and point F4patch to the RedViper.exe
Step 2: Select FF3 and apply.
Step 3: Go to Falcon4/art/ckptart/891, copy the content except 3dckpit.dat and paste it into Falcon4/art/ckptart/A-10
Step 4: Open art/ckptart/A-10/16_ckpit.dat (rightclick and open with Wordpad)
Step 5: Change the line in the 'manager' area to: cockpit2d 2024 2024;
Step 6: Save the datfile and select an A-10A to fly.
Install of the F/A-18C Hornet Superpit v2.1 in Falcon 4.0 with Red Viper:
Step 1: Run the F18C_installer, and point F4patch to the RedViper.exe
Step 2: Select FF3 and apply.
Step 3: Go to Falcon4/art/ckptart/F18C, copy the content and paste it into Falcon4/art/ckptart/FA-18C
Step 4: Open art/ckptart/FA-18C/16_ckpit.dat (rightclick and open with Wordpad)
Step 5: Change the line in the 'manager' area to: cockpit2d 2300 2300;
Step 6: Save the datfile and select an F/A-18C Hornet to fly.
Install of the MiG-29A Fulcrum Superpit v2.0 in Falcon 4.0 with Red Viper:
Step 1: Run the MiG29A_installer, and point F4patch to the RedViper.exe
Step 2: Select FF3.1 Cobra and apply.
Step 3: Go to Falcon4/art/ckptart/MG29, and copy the content and paste it into Falcon4/artckptart/MiG-29A
Step 4: Open art/ckptart/MiG-29A/16_ckpit.dat (rightclick and open with Wordpad)
Step 5: Change the line in the 'manager' area to: cockpit2d 2306 2306;
Step 6: Save the datfile and select an MiG-29A to fly.
NOTE: to uninstall the Russian sounds use the Superpits.exe on your desktop and unapply.
Install of the F-14A Tomcat Superpit v3.0 in Falcon 4.0 with Red Viper:
Step 1: Unzip F14A_Superpit_v3.0.zip somewhere.
Step 2: launch F14A_Installer_v3.0_RV
Step 3: Run Falcon and select an F-14A to fly
