מפת ישראל גירסה 2.0 סופי

שלום לכולם,

nounette - העלה עידכון חדש למפה הישראלית שכולל את כל חצי האי סיני, מיצרי טיראן והדלתא של מצריים.
בנוסף עודכנו בסיסים (עדין לא סופיים), מצדה פטרה ועוד הריסות רומיות בקסיריה.

nounette, הוא חבר בקהילה שלנו (וכבר טס איתנו בקמפיין) וימשיך ביחד איתנו לפתח את המפה.
אם יש לכם זמן או יכולת ללמוד לפתח מפות או משימות נשמח לצרף עוד אנשים למאמץ להכין את המפה ואת הקמפיין של 48 שיתלווה למפה בסופו של דבר.

For those who have already installed v1.03 you'll note that this version has been upgraded to IL2 4.10.1 with HSFX 5.0.1

The release includes:
1) A geographical extension to the west from Port Said to Alexandria and to the south to include the whole Sinai Peninsula and a part of the Red Sea.
2) Some fixes to the previous release (specially land leveling of some airfields) and a few additional features.

The geographical extension already has:
- Coasts and rivers
- Roads, railways and bridges
- Terrain textures
- A good deal of airfields
- The main cities identified and marked with city textures

New cities are still not populated with buildings -will come in a future release- but this will not prevent you from flying or from giving us your feedback.

Phantom is also working in recreating the real layouts of the airfields (today all airfields have only one runway) but it will take some time before it's done.

We hope you enjoy it and we'll be looking for your feedback.

I don't expect to add many new features as the map is becoming a little heavy with so many objects (don't be surprised if it takes some seconds to load).
The only big change that is still on the work is the update of airbases to their historical layout.

I've tested the version and it's compatible both with v4.09 and v4.10, please read the installing instructions (now released in english, french and hebrew - thanks IAF.Phantom-)

The release includes:

New features:
1) Added new objects (egyptian monuments, buildings)
2) Populated Cairo, Dumyat, Banha, Tanta, Damanhur, Abu Qir, El-Mahalla El-Kubra, Bilbeis, Helwan, Madinat Sittah Uktubar, Al Fayyum, Beni Suef, Adabiya, Al Hafair, Ain Sukhna, Alexandria
3) Added train stations to Cairo, Dumyat, Banha, Damanhur, El-Mahalla El-Kubra, Bilbeis, Beni Suef, Alexandria
4) Added ports to Alexandria, Abu Qir
5) Added Gizeh and Saqqara ancient sites

Fixes/improvements:
1) Made Suez Channel navigable (made it wider so cities and objects around had to be moved to the new shores).
2) Fixed/improved some layout textures, bridges and roads
3) Corrected shorelines and shallow waters
4) Removed bunker on Nir-Am runway end
5) Improved Nile layout near Cairo
6) Relocated Alexandria, improved river and shore layout

עבודה מעולה ח"ח ל-nounette על ההשקעה... המוד הזה ישרת את הקהילה בהרבה נושאים, לא רק בקמפיין של 48.
אגב, האם אפשר לבקש מ-nounette לייצר מוד נוסף שפשוט יוסיף מנחת עם מסלול רחב וארוך בישראל? אם יש אחד כזה אז כמובן שלא צריך.

חברה, אני ו- nounette רוצים לצרף עוד אנשים לצוות עבודה על המפה (ואנחנו צריכים כאלה).
וכמובן ביטא טסטרים.

אין צורך בידע מוקדם - יש צורך ביוזמה (לקחת נושא ולרוץ איתו) במוטיבציה ויכולת וזמן ללמוד.
(אני רק התחלתי ללמוד ו-nounette התחיל ללמוד בתוחילת השנה).

lirdon, התיכנונים עבור המפה הם רבים ומגוונים, נתחיל בסיום המפה וביצירת הבסיסים לפני שנת 48, נמשיך בקמפיין 48 רגיל, ומשם אפשר לבנות התאמה לקמפיין SEOW.


בכל הדברים הללו, אנחנו צריכים עזרה מהקהילה להתאים את המפה למערכות השונות - או כל רעיון אחר מהקהילה.
