בסעיף 4 של מסמך ההתקנה, אני מתבקש להעתיק את "Pky_util" and "Posky777", אך לא הבנתי לאן בדיוק.

4) Copy the "Pky_util" and "Posky777" folders from the panel folder included with this download into the 3rd party panel folder. This should be in the same folder of the CFG file that you just edited.
